An icy jaunt thru the greatest neighbourhood in Toronto, a community so bustling with spirit and energy….covered in a thick glassy casing.
The aftermath of the freezing rain and ice storms left a city quite literally frozen. But as is always with Toronto, you can never quite quench their spirit.
Balancing my daughter in one hand, and my camera in the other, we journeyed off into the streets of the small community of The Pocket. At almost every turn there were branches strewn along the sidewalks, streets and sometimes homes but along with the debris were helping hands and neighbours looking out for one another. You gotta love this place.
